Connection Error
If you are unable to connect to the game, please check the following
- The version of your client is up to date. Go to our "Download" section to ensure you have the latest version
- Make sure that you open up your firewall
- trying pinging connection.ballerium.com
If you still cannot connect to the game after verifying all those things, then please submit a help ticket and include your BLG file
- BLG file named something like "Client-5000BE000.BLG" is created everytime you run Ballerium in the logs folder. Sometimes an old version is overwritten and other times a newly named file is created. The one to send will be the most recently dated file, created immediately after a your problem occurs, but before you launch Ballerium again. If you've never been able to connect to Ballerium and get the game running, you probably don't have to worry about it too much. Just send the smallest size version (the files can get quite large). You might even be able to send all three. Or, you could delete all the .BLG files, run Ballerium to create error, then send that new file.
Client Crashes
- Try running the "delete_tree.bat" file in the "Ballerium\datafiles\dump" folder.
