Login/Password
The following is a list of possible login errors
- The login information you entered was not found
- This means the EMail you typed in was not correct
- The password you entered does not match our records
- This means you typed an incorrect password
- Your account has not been activated through the email when you registered
- This means you have not clicked on the link in the confirmation email
- Your account has expired
- This means you have not selected a subscription package. Please go into your profile and select "Billing Info" to pick a package type.
Registration
The registration process currently consists of the following steps
- Inputting your General and Security information
- Receiving and clicking on the link in the validation email.
- Picking a subscription type
- Receiving confirmation email.
If any of the steps fail, please submit an email to info@ballerium.com and please include the following
- email attempted to register with
- how far into the process did you make it through
Please remember to always check your Junk/Spam folder before submitting help requests about not receiving an email
